It's Back

Well I spoke to soon when I said I was over the cold. I went to the doctors yesterday he said that I have a sinus infection and gave me a different antibiotic and a steroid nasal spray. We took Luke to check and see if he is ready for kindergarten. He did very well and they said they would have no problem with him starting kindergarten. We went to our potluck supper for Breanna's First communion class. Poor child is a lot like her dad when she was doing her memory work she got flustered and over thought things. She only got 1 wrong on her test and it was a tough question. Do we earn forgiveness in communion she said yes. The pastor tried to get her to say that it was a gift from God. I think she won't forget that now. I took our van in for a recall repair and had the brakes checked. The lady just called and told me 258 dollars ouch. Lori is calling her to find out why it's not covered by a warranty.

Pigeon?

Here is the famous pigeon of pigeon falls. I am not one to spread rumors but I heard that it may not be a pigeon at all. This may have to be investigated.

back again

Well I might have beat the cold. Just thought I would check in to let people know I am a live. I have been playing a game called aces high 2. It's an airplane game where people around the world get together to fly air planes , drive tanks and work to together to win a war. Breanna and I have been going to her first communion I have enjoyed the class and hope she does well on her test next week. Thursday I gave my sister a ride home from the hospital. She had treatment on her arm. She sure is funny when she is loopy all drugged up.
It looks like the treatment will work over time. My beautiful wife went shopping for flowers with her mom. The kids and I cleaned the family room. Well I have to go take the kids grocery shopping and eat at subway.

Regret

Today I found out that someone I cared about has past away. He was the father of the girl I dated in high school. He was always good to me. He took me hunting and ice fishing and four wheeling. I regret that I lost touch with him. After the relationship with his daughter ended I kept my distance from the family. He got divorced and moved away from his family. I know that you have to move on in life (part of the healing process) but I do regret loosing touch with him.


I am still sick. Hoping to get better soon. Sorry to hear that Mom and Dad have the bug also. Called my brother and he told me that he is fasting to clean out his system. I might try that. The last time I tried that with my beautiful wife we got very cranky.

I Hate Colds

Saturday I came down with a nasty cold. I tried the cover the cold with medicine and it kind of worked. I dreaded going to sleep. I have to wear a cpap mask and when your nose is stuffed wearing a mask is scary. I took some nyquil and put on the mask and started to panic. I went down stairs and I tried sleeping sitting up in a chair. It was wierd I was watching VH1 and every time I would wake up the same video was on their rotation is in sync with my sleep cycle. Sunday I was down for the count. It was a beautiful day but all I could do was blow my nose and cough up a lung. The family was great my daughter was room service and nurse and my wife cooked comfort food and made a great shake. I got to see two good movies. I did fall a sleep without mask a few times during the movies and when I did not have a headache. The other problem is the medicine gamble. What pill is going to work this time. You take the gamble and if it does not work you have wait 3 to 4 hours to try again. I was able to keep the mask on last night. I took dayquil and am at work. I am still coughing up junk and blowing my nose. Makes you want to live in a germ free bubble.
